NOTE: the Exercise Class schedule (below) may change due to a variety of reasons including Holidays or weather.

Monday – ST. JOHN’S INTENSIVE EXERCISE CLASS at 11:00am (IN-PERSON @ NL Balance, St. John’s)

Tuesday –  CORNER BROOK YOGA CLASS at 1:00pm (IN-PERSON)

Wednesday – ST. JOHN’S YOGA CLASS at 10:45am (IN-PERSON @Potentiality and ZOOM)
BAY ROBERTS EXERCISE CLASS at 1:00pm (IN-PERSON @ ProActive Physiotherapy)
GFW CHAIR EXERCISE at 1:15pm (IN-PERSON @ YMCA)

Thursday –   CORNER BROOK EXERCISE CLASS at 1:00pm (IN-PERSON @ St. Michael’s)
ST. JOHN’S INTERMEDIATE “CIRCUIT TRAINING” at 2:00pm (IN-PERSON @ Pony Pilates)

Friday – MUSIC CLASS with RENEE at 11:30am (ZOOM)
LITA MAE’S BOXING CLASS at 12:00Noon (ZOOM)
CORNER BROOK BOXING at 1:00pm (IN-PERSON)

Saturday – GANDER EXERCISE CLASS at 11:30am (IN-PERSON @ St. Martin’s)
GANDER INTENSIVE CLASS at 1:00pm (IN-PERSON @ St. Martin’s)

Sunday – ST. JOHN’S WALKING CLUB – 2:00pm at the Fieldhouse (Memorial University)
