Activities for Seniors

The 50 + Club/SeniorsNL Peer Support Volunteers offer the following:
Everyone is welcome to drop by any time
• WALK AWAY THE POUNDS exercise on Mondays at 10:00 A.M .

• Tai Chi Chih exercise on Tuesdays at 10:00 A.M.

• Sand Rock Kurling on Tuesdays at 7:00 P.M.

• A Fitness Program designed especially for 50+ on Wednesdays at 4:00 P.M.

• The above 4 exercises are held at the Father F.J. Mullowney Social Centre.

• Card Games at the Stella Maris Academy 50 + Room on Sunday nights at 7:30 P.M.

• Regular monthly meeting is held on the last Thursday of each month except during summer months.
